channels ▸ six, one voice

Assets phase produces everything per channel — in YOUR voice profile, audited for UTMs. Posting stays manual, always.

01 ▸ x / twitter · 3–5 posts/wk · launch thread × build-in-public

Thread craft: hook ≤100 chars, no link in tweet 1 (algo rule), one idea per tweet, proof in receipts (number/screenshot/GIF), link-CTA only in the closer with UTMs. Thread pinned during launch week. Reply to every reply within hour one. No pods, no bought followers, no auto-DMs. The pipeline writes every format — you paste.

02 ▸ discord · daily presence · help-first, product-second

Two modes: your own server (skeleton: welcome · rules ≤5 lines · showcase · help · off-topic; roles Founder/Member/Early) and community servers where 90/10 is the survival law — 90% useful replies, product mentions only when your product IS the honest answer, zero DM pitching, rules of each server read before a word is typed.

03 ▸ forums · launch week + steady · reddit · HN show · indie hackers

Trust channels: find 3–5 subreddits, READ the rules first, comment helpfully 5–10 times before posting. Value-post format: origin story → what was learned → then the product sentence. HN: "Show HN: fact-style one-liner", maker comment with the honest limits, reply to all <=2h. Tuesday–Thursday mornings, stable DNS/SSL first.

04 ▸ linkedin · 1–2 posts/wk · founder-led authority

Hook survives the 3-line preview cut. Story in 2–4 short paragraphs, one idea each. Lesson line framed by a pillar. CTA with UTMs, link NOT above the fold. Personal profile > company page for reach. No pods, no engagement-bait questions, hashtags ≤3 and niche.

05 ▸ product hunt · one good launch · Tue–Thu 12:01AM PT

Exact asset specs enforced: gallery 1270x760 x3 (problem → wedge → proof-CTA), thumbnail 240x240 logo-only, tagline ≤60 chars = the wedge in plain words, maker comment drafted the day before (origin, build, limits, next; no exclamation marks), reply kit for the 5 predictable questions. No vote rings, no incentives for upvotes — instant-ban territory, "come say hi" is the ask.

the 90/10 law — everywhere, every channel: 90% value first, 10% "we built this". The pipeline bakes it into every template so you can't accidentally spam your own launch.
